Can big fluffy people fit on the matterhorn?

Think of it this way. If the raid is scary its only for a few minutes. Whats worse? A few minutes of scary or a lifetime of regret? :)

Hope you have a great time. :)

Can I ask a similiar question? I was wondering about weight limits on some of the rides a California Adventure. I seem to remember some limits on a few of the rides in the Paradise Pier section.

I am going to CA in July with my 5 year old niece. I would like to know before I go if some of the rides might be off limits for us.

THANKS

July great question!! So, does anyone know about limits on fluffy people at the adventure park? TIA

Yes I'd also be interested in knowing if there are ANY rides at Disneyland and California Adventure that big, fluffy people might have a hard time fitting on.

Thanks!

Yes just orange stinger........all the info on height and weight limits are on the disneyland web site.

Hello everyone,
I just got off from work about 40 minutes ago. Took a quick shower, put on my pj's. And came running to the Disboards. I love the Disboards. Just because of all the friendly, people I learn from, and get to correspond with. I must say you all are so kind, and thoughtful to have replied.Plus, you all are so encouraging! Thank you again so much. I so much appreciate it.

One more question, are there any steep hills on the matterhorn??

As jemilah posted, just the orange stinger has a weight limit of I believe 250?? Seems to be what I remember. Also there are no big drops on the Matterhorn, it just kinda slowly winds it's way down around the mountain with what I would call a few dips at most!!

I would say there might be an issue, depending on how fluffy you are, and where. The bars that go down to secure passengers might not go down enough to lock and you might be asked to leave the ride (embarassing :confused3 ).

I just fit last year on Soaring Over CA, Star Tours, and Indiana Jones. (I was 320 lbs at the time) Actually, on Indiana Jones I got brusies on the sides of my thighs from all the jerking around. OUCH!! I told my dd only once for that one! My dd was bummed, 'cause she really liked that one.

HTH!!

Linda

We are just back and my DH is 6'3" and 315lbs. He fit into everything he wanted to ride. He did Screamin', Soarin', TOT, Matterhorn, Space Mountain, Indiana Jones, Thunder Mountain, Splash Moutain, Star Tours and even Buzz Lightyear. The only ride we knew he would have a problem with was Haunted Mansion (He hits his head on the back where it comes over like a cup).

YOU BET YOU CAN! those seat belts are amazingly large for a ride like that...I'm pretty fluffy my self and was worried about them getting around my tummy but there was room to spare! You go for it!
