Can Banked Points to Transferred?

And if so...how does the "one way transfers" work. If I am in Use Year 2005 and I am allowed to transfer points banked into 2006 (assuming you can transfer banked points), does that count for one way in 2005 or 2006? Complicated!

Banked and borrowed points cannot be transferred- but transferred points may be banked.

Transfer restrictions are based on the Use Year in which the transaction takes place. If you transfer points out of your account in the 2005 Use Year you'll need to wait until the 2006 Use Year to transfer points into your account.
