Can AP holders buy regular tickets at a discount?

I'm taking my brother on his first trip to Disney. I have an AP. Does Disney offer a discount for APs to buy tickets? I'm sure they don't but I was curious. If not, I know of some places that have discounts. Any suggestions?

An AP can get you discount tickets for the water parks, Disney Quest and Pleasure Island, but not other themepark tickets.
In the past I've always bought themepark tickets from ticketmania.com.
