Thanks for the form. I'm printing 7 of them right now. The jounal I use is too big to carry it around, I can just fold one of these an put it in my purse each morning.

I love that site! I go there often, and the forms are all great. Have you been to their Christmas site or their scrapbooking site?
They're really good too.
