Can anyone tell me what a business envelope it?

I know it is a stupid question. I am entering this contest and I am supposed to send the entry form in a "business envelope". So I go to the store today and look at every envelope in the store but did any of them say business envelope......no. I am assuming that a business envelope is the longer white envelope (4 1/8 x 9 1/2). Does anyone know if this is correct? Thanks.

Yes...I'm not sure of the exact measurments...put it is the longer envelope. One that would hold a 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of paper when folded over twice.

Also called #10 because it is about 10 inches wide.
