Can anyone tell me about BC transportation?

Hi,
I'm mainly interested in:
Where the boats will take you?
Does bus transport share with YC and which gets picked up first?
How far to MK by bus?
Where can you walk from the resort? Boardwalk? EPCOT? and how long is the walk?
Does it make any sense to walk to monorail at EPCOT to get to MK or TTC?
General overall impression of the transportation?

Boats go to Epcot and Disney Studios.

The buses pick up at Swan, Dolphin, YC, BC and BW. Swan is first.

Bus to MK takes about 20 minutes or so.

You can walk to Epcot, Disney Studios, YC, Dolphin, Swan and BW. Plus Fantasia Gardens. Depends on where you start and how fast you walk. Not that long though, about 10 minutes or so max.

If you want to ride the monorail, walk through Epcot. If not, take the bus from the YC.

Overall, pretty good.

I'll add two things:

It does NOT make sense to walk through EPCOT and catch the monorail if you are in a hurry. It's a fairly long walk and you have to go through security to get in.

You would have to be in very good condition to walk to the studios from the Beach Club in a mere 10 minutes. I'd say closer to 20.

Where the boats will take you?
The boat goes from a YC/BC stop to the DOlphin, Swan, Boardwalk then MGM. It also goes back all the way through the hotels to Epcott. It is a very slow boat, but the captains always were alot of fun and were great with kids.
Does bus transport share with YC and which gets picked up first?
YC and it also shares buses with Boardwalk and Swan/ Dolphin.
How far to MK by bus? Once you are on the bus, I think we went to Boardwalk then off to MK-20minutes maybe.
Where can you walk from the resort? Boardwalk?YES EPCOT?(YES and this is the best part of staying there) and how long is the walk? Depends on where your room was-probably not more than 10, but most likely under 5 minutes. I was by the quiet pool and Epcott seemed closer to my room than the boat launch.
Does it make any sense to walk to monorail at EPCOT to get to MK or TTC? No, unless you need the exercise- that is a very long walk
General overall impression of the transportation?
It was DIsney standard which means it gets you where you need to go in a resonable time with reasonable efficiency, but don't expect service beyond that at moderate resorts. The only deluxe part of transportation was that the deluxe resorts tend to have the bus stops at the parks closest to the gates so you save a little walking at the end of the day.
