can anyone tell me about a good AAA agent to book package with

I just joined AAA because I can't wait to go back to Disney after the great time I had there last month. Can anyone give me some advise on a good agent to book with? I live in NY and on another thread I have read that NY AAA charge a commission, maybe that isn't true but that is what someone else posted. Also read a few other things that I want to beware of: they add on the insurance whether you want it or not, charge you a fee if you need to cancel or change a ressie. I have done my research about prices and will know if I am getting a discount or not, I think. I would like to take advantage of the 20% off at a moderate. Thanks.
