Can anyone recommend ANYTHING at T-Rex?

We will be at T-Rex tomorrow night to honor a promise to kids and use up so,e Landry rewards.


If you had to eat there, what would you recommend?

I had the Guacasuarus (sp?) burger - a burger with guacamole. It was delicious if you are in a burger mood.

I always get the footprints flatbread off appy menu for my entree if your DDP I suggest the country fried steak or the sand which that has guacamole on it and they use fried pizza dough as bread, or the fish tacos!

I have to say I didn't think much of the food but I did have a "Cotton-tini" which was amazing!! Basically a really sour apple martini poured over candyfloss which disolves it and then sweetens it. Deffo worth a try

They had excellent burgers. Btw, I saw some article that there was a fire there yesterday and that the place was evacuated. You may wanna check to see if they've reopened.

The rotisserie chicken is pretty good. My DD always has the lasagne there and says it's the best she's ever had.

Agree with the recommendation for the Cotton-tini (it helps ease the pain of the noisy atmosphere )

The mushroom ravioli in creamy lobster sauce is amazing!!!! Its so good!! The bruschetta is also a must! Great, now I'm hungry!

I got the appetizer sampler on our last trip and LOVED all of it. I had leftovers that I munched on for days afterwards.. yum!

Ear plugs were my first thought too DH liked the ribs. The stuff-a -dino was DD's favourite part

I really enjoyed my salmon. The veggies on the side were SO fresh tasting. My boyfriend got a steak with waffle fries and enjoyed them immensely. I think the quality at TRex far surpasses that of Rainforest Cafe's.

The ribs are yummy! The meat just falls off the bone and melts in your mouth! Yummy
