Can anyone recommend a good off-site parking facility for Newark airport?

We usually fly out of Philly and LOVE Winner Parking b/c drop you off and pick you up in your own car. But flying out of Newark was actually a lot cheaper for this trip. Only thing is....I have no idea where to park for 6 nights at a "reasonable" rate.

Also, if anyone has advice on a transport/taxi/towncar service that might be less expensive then 6 nights of parking that would be most welcomed!

We always use Avistar right outside the airport. They have two location and prices are usually very good. They drop you right off via a shuttle they have and also pick you up upon return. web is avistarparking.com

I would be interested in finding a good price, too. We usually fly out of
JFK or AC. This is our first trip out of EWR and there are 6 of us so I can't have a family member drop off/pick up. There is not room for a 7th person in
our truck. We are doing this trip on a tight budget and need to find the
most reasonable way of getting to/from airport. We are about 1 hr south of
Newark. Thanks for any ideas. I really hate the idea of spending 150 or more
on parking. We will need to leave car for 9 nights.

Make sure you check with the off-site company about where they drop you off, as the Port Authority has put restrictions on who can drop off directly at the terminals. Hotels, for example, cannot drop off directly at the terminals anymore, they drop off at Airtrain station D, and you have to take that over to the terminals. Not a big deal without luggage or 1 bag, but it is if you have kids & luggage in tow.

I'm not sure if off-site parking shuttles have the same restriction, but I suspect they might since I was told that only cars can drop off directly at the terminal now. Although I assume the shuttles from the EWR parking lots still go to the terminals.

Whatever the case, I am not positive of the rule details, just make sure to check them out so you are not surprised like I was.

We have flown out of Newark twice and used the Economy Parking Lot both times. We did this with 2 kids in tow, all our luggage and stroller!! It was so easy, our car was safe, we got to the airport terminal quickly, and it wasn't expensive at all!!! The first time we had the car there for about 9 days. Not a scratch on it! The lot is well fenced in and security patrols it 24/7. The shuttle stops are everywhere in the lot. Then that shuttle takes you right to the terminal.

Vista, right off of 78 at the HOJO'son Frontage Road and it's right across from the employee parking for Continental. They offer a AAA discount too. They offer door to door shuttle service.

Are you near NJ Transit (North Jersey coast line or Northeast corridor line)? If so you can take the train to Newark airport, and hope on the airtrain monorail..it stops at all the terminals.

I sometimes take the train to the airport since it's so convenient.
