First, I would like to say thanks for all the great info on these boards.
We will be traveling down I-95 and are looking for a CLEAN and fairly NEW hotel to stay at in Georgia or South Carolina.
Any suggestions would be appreciated . Thanks! ::MickeyMo ::MinnieMo ::yes::

WE have had good experience at the Best Western, Santee SC, and the Hampton INN, Brunswick Ga.

I think it is exit 94...

We have stayed here twice and have booked it once again for our trip home in December. They have an indoor pool and free continental breakfast. :wave2:

AAA rates: King bed (2 people) = $75, 2 doubles (4 people) = $85. I think the regular rates are about $10 more per room.

We like to stay at the Country Inn & Suites in St Marys GA. it's at exit 3, from here it takes about 3 to 4 hours to WDW.

We have stayed at many Hampton Inns up & down I95. We frequently stay at a Hampton Inn in Richmond Hills, GA & Darien, GA. Both are very nice hotels - clean, safe, friendly employees, & of course a light breakfast before we leave in the morning.

I stayed at the Fairfield Inn in Savannah this Aug. The carpet was filthy and there was mold in the bath tub. My 14 year old son even commented (without me having said anything) that it wasn't the cleanest of places. The rest of the hotel was clean though.
