Can anyone please help me figure out transportation?

tinksdreamwishes, have you considered the Quick service dining plan? For $31.99/night/person you would receive two quick service (aka counter service) meals and two snacks/per person/per night. You would also each receive a mug to use for free refills of pop, coffee, tea, hot chocolate in your foodcourt.

Here's a link explaining it:

It's been years since we've taken a taxi to MCO but it was over $50 then. I'd personally scrap taxis and/or a rental car. Let Disney do the driving for free including Magical Express.

I just ran a mock up for you - for 3/17-3-23 at pop century @ $1501

all flights out of sacramento are just under $400 each.

if you added the quick service dining plan it would be $1885 each, plus the $800 for flight = $2685. already over your budget. if you can find an extra $400 - i think its your best option, otherwise i just wouldnt go. because its going to cost alot more than you expect if you stay off property.

i hope you can make something happen!
