Can anyone Photoshop a picture for me?

Hi everyone! I took my kids 5 year old pictures and as usual, didn't get a super great one of them together. The one I did get has a big strand of hair across my daughter's face!

I have Photoshop, but after a year of trying to figure it out, I'm still horrible at it. Is there a way to hire someone from this board to try to fix it for me?
