Can anyone help me???

I am not sure where to post this so I am hoping the right person will see this. I just returned a week ago from Disney excited to see my new "photo pass disc" Well half of my pictures are not on here. I got them at the Kodak Store in Magic Kingdom. Does anyone have a way that I can reach them? I paid a lot of money for something I did not get all of it. The Cast Member assured me that all of my pics were on there.
Please help me, I dont know what else to do.

And at the bottom you will see contact us. Click that then I belive 3rd one is Missing photos. There is a online form to fill out.
