Can anyone help me with this princess protection shirt?

I want to print something like this to iron on to a tshirt for my dh to wear. It will be going on a black t shirt. I would love for the badge/shield looking thingy to be over the left chest and to say "Dad" instead of ppa like in this image. I'm thinking I could print it horizontal to do that?

If anyone is able to make it for me I would really, really appreciate it! I have no skill with computers and this kind of stuff, just found this image online that is similar to what I'm looking for. Thank you in advance!!!
