Can anyone help me plan a Halloween trip for next Oct?

We are just in the beginning stages of planning our trip for next year. I want to take the kids trick or treating in the Magic Kingdom. Here is the question:
I do not want to be in WDW for Halloween. DH is staying behind and loves taking the kids around the neighborhood. How do I know what dates to book the trip so I am sure they will having the NSSHP when we are there. Thinking about going Oct. 25- Oct 30. Will I be sure to be there for one party night?

The dates this year are:

Oct. 3, 5, 10, 14, 16, 19, 24, 26, 30, 31 - 7:00 PM to Midnight

Those dates should work. They were announced in April, so you should have time to plan.
