Can anyone help asap? MDE messing up again..

So I made a reservation a long time ago for January 1-4 at the Dolphin, we had to change to 2-5 due to the new block out dates coming out right before we bought our annuals. So I made the change and got an email from the dolphin with the new info. MDE changed the dates to the 2-5 after about a few days. Well today about two months after the change all of a sudden it shows us checking in the first again. I chatted with Disney, but no help. I didn't expect a fix but wanted to know if this would effect my trip because if not, I need not hassle with tech on the phone. They couldn't provide me the answer. Does anyone know if this makes a difference? My fast passes are already selected for the 2-5, we just don't show a hotel day on the fifth. I know the dolphin has the correct days, as I have a conformation.

Thanks Robo! Since the dolphin is not directly linked to Disney, and I have a conformation number for the 2-5 in my email, do you think I should stress over the issue?

No - there's no reason to stress. You'll deal with Dolphin, not Disney, when you check in and everything is correct.

Your FPs are based on your ticket entitlements, not your room reservation, so you should have a stress-free vacation!
 

Just call the Dolphin and have them check their system to make sure you are booked there from the 2-5.

I double checked with the Dolphin and they confirmed I have a reservation for the 2nd-5th. So frustrating to see the plans so messed up on MDE tho, oh well:charac2:
 
The link between the Swan/Dolphin and MDE is not seamless. There are often errors pulling over all of the information when you link them, definitely nothing to worry about as long as the Dolphin's system has your correct dates.
 
Can anyone tell me whether, when checking in to the dolphin do they scan your MB to see you reservation, like they do at other Disney Resorts
 
Dolphin doesn't use MagicBands because they are not a Disney resort. You have to check in as you usually do at any non-Disney hotel/resort.
