Can anyone get thru to MS this morning?

I have bee "back to back" calling since 8:59 am (EST) and it's been constantly busy

YIPPEE! Started calling at 858A solid busy signals until 913A then the message about the 15 minute wait. Booked AKV studio Savannah view December 2 to December 7. Total call time 19 minutes 52 seconds. This included cancelling SSR and removing all waitlists.

I finally got through at 9:13 and was placed on hold until about 9:26. I got 2 Savannah View studio's for Nov 18th - 24th . No Standard Views were available for my dates. As we were completing my transaction, the lady stated several times, "Oh my, these are really going fast!" .

It took DH about a half hour to complete the transaction beginning at 9:00 sharp. He was able to book Savannah view studio for December 2-9.

I got through at 9:13 too and had almost 15 minute wait. Then when I asked about our Feb 2008 dates, she said the system had a glitch and they couldn't book anything for 2008. I asked if she could stay on the line awhile and see if it would be fixed and she did!! Finally at 9:47 we got our 2 BR savannah view at AKV Feb 14-18!!! Happy Valentines Day to us!!!

Got through at 9:00- on hold for 45 minutes but got a week in APril - 2 bdroom savannah! Need to get some binaculars for my SAvannah view!!!!!!!

I got through right away at 9, but something happened and the phone connection went bad. I tried again and it took 20 minutes to get through to a person, but really, just keep at it! The practice will help if you ever want to book a Members Cruise, that's what the day reminded me of!

I was on hold for over an hour using my phone card since I couldn't get through on the 1-800 number. My phone battery died before I could get through. Then I went to the members site to fill out a request and the site isn't working either. Very frustrating. By the time my phone charges back ( cordless, no cell phone) I doubt I'll get anything I wanted.---Kathy

I was able to get through around 9:10a via the 407 number. Never could get through on the 800#. I was on hold for about 25 minutes but luckily the rep I got was very knowledgeable and seemed to know what she was doing.

We got our ressie for a 1BR in August '07, I can't wait!

Oh...and I was also told via email from MS last week that we could only book for the month of September using our new AKL points! ---Kathy

Took about a half hour start to finish with a few glitches when the point values came up wrong and the MS person read back incorrect dates and when it automatically added the dining plan when I didn't ask for it BUT....we've got a savannah view studio for two nights Martin Luther King weekend in January. WaHOOO!

Yup, that's my fear. And since I'll be out of town (and probably out of cell phone range) until June 11, I'm really nervous about my chances. I really want a studio for just one night in late November.

Yipeee...I got a 1br for 5....yes 5...(felt good doing that) checking in the day before Thanksgiving, checking out the 27th. Savanah view too. The CM told me there were no "concierge" bookings until May of 08. Oh well, guess we'll have to rough it.

Took me 40 minutes of dialing starting at 8:59, and I only got through on the 407 number, which was fine since I have free long distance on my cell service.

Finally I don't have to do a 2 br for the 5 of us!
