Can anyone get through on the guest number???

I've been trying to reach someone with a ticket question for days now. I start calling at 8am and go all day. I will sit on hold until I get another call or someone needs to talk to me, typically up to 40 minutes at a time.

Am I doing something wrong???

I tried too one day. I hung up after 25 minutes. Crazy thing kept saying I had over 4 minutes to wait but I waited for 25 with nothing.
