Can anyone get into WDW passholder site????

A few weeks back when site was updated I deleted and re-entered my pass and that worked for the time being. But now, every time i try to click link to passholder site, whether logged in or not, I just keep getting bounced back to WDW home page. It asks me to log in often, but never goes anywhere except back to home page. My response from Disney IT people was re-enter my pass which i have tried every day for at least a week. I guess I'll just check the boards to see if AP discounts EVER come out. :confused3:surfweb:

I just received an e-mail Passholder's Offer and wanted to check the dates on it. I went to the site and entered the pertinent information and was looped back to the page for entering the passholder #. :confused3 It's not like this is the first issue I've ever encountered with the Disney website, but is irritating nonetheless.
 
I am glad I am not alone. I just called to ask about the 35% off value and they needed a code and I said i could not get in. It says WELCOME ...... but it just keeps asking for my AP pass info. the reservation CM had nothing beyond June. DISNEY GET YOUR ACT Together:worship::worship:
 
And here I thought I was special...I have not been able to get in, it won't accept my pass information-it either loops back to the "enter your pass information" screen again or keeps telling me that my valid pass is invalid.

These people need some IT (information technology) intervention:surfweb:
 

You should go into your profile. I do get into my profile and I have 5 AP's associated with me and one expires when it should and the other 4 have expirations the end of the next month. Example, mine should expire 8/21/10 but 4 in my profile expire 9/30/10.. Maybe they gave me a free month. right!!
 
For pass type 1 there is an issue with their example. You either need to enter the number after "tran" or the number after "tkt" to get in. Do not enter "Tran 123" for example

I just got off the phone with a CM from WDW IT. The change occured 2 weeks ago and there are a few bugs!
 
I was just in and no problem. Also nothing new either. Only discounts until June. You now have to log in, go to your profile and delete your passholder info and re-enter it. After you do that once, you should be able to get in via the log in method from now on. Once you log in, then hit passholder in the upper corner.
 
I have 2 associated with my name...but they both supposedly expire December 31. 2030 :banana::banana::banana::banana::banana::banana:

No one told me I was buying a lifetime pass last year at the ticket window :lmao:
 
just had same problem. there are lots of bugs. re: log in. call disney IT it is the disney travel number then press #2. they had two accounts listed for me and one was listed as opened in 2004. they did not know which account was primary so they would not let me log in to any. the other account could not have been mine as it has my sons name in it and he was born last year. it was actually a passowrd change that they had changed to an account. IT will make sure right account is listed and send you a temp. passowrd. then go to edit profile when you can get in. I still could not log into my passholder info. SO once I could get in I went to edit profile and then I chose edit passes. They had my first pass listed as my old pass and had that it expired in 2030. I wish. so I had to remove that one for it to recognize the new pass(which was also listed but was not listed first which is what the log in was looking for. IT was really helpful this a.m. Be at your computer when you call because they will be sending you emails and telling you what to do to reset it. Now I can get into everything.

But, it is kind of nice to see that expiration date of 2030 on my profile right now :rotfl::rotfl:
 
Followed MOMFORGRACEANDLOGAN'S advice and called instead of waiting for email reply. Basicly, IT doesn't know whats going on either. Sent a new password but problem got worse and now the looping sign in page is all I get. Can't get to update profile or anything for her to help further. She will send report to supervisor, but doesn't know how long it will take. Her advise is get a new email and start new account. I dunno:confused3
 
I had this problem too. Then they looked up my account and there were like 3 different accounts that were conflicting (happened after that last update) so they had me pick a primary account etc. I HAD to call IT, that was the only way I ever got it working.
