Can anyone from the Cleveland area recommend

a decent hotel near The Cleveland Clinic. My DD and I will be traveling there on Sunday and need to stay two nights. Anyone stayed and have a hotel to recommend? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

If I'm not mistaken, the hospital has their own hotel for patients and their families. My SIL works at the clinic, and I remember her telling us about it. She told us how a sheik from the mideast came and had an entire floor redecorated to "suit his needs." Did you try looking on their website?

Yes there is the Omni which is attached to the Clinic. It can be a bit pricey. I would look downtown. Hampton, Hilton Garden Inn.

My husband is interviewing there next week and the Cleveland Clinic is putting him in the Intercontinental. It's free for him cause the anesthesia dept. pays for him, but they might have rates for patients too so ask.

Lots of large hospitals have arrangements with local hotels. There should be a Social worker attached to the hospital who can help you find one at a decent price. Call the Clinics information or you may be able to find it on their website. I have to travel to Tampa to Moffitt Cancer Center a couple of times a year and they are very helpful.
