I was driving behind a car today with personalized license plates. I'm usually able to figure them out, but this one has me stumped. Can you figure out what this means?

Could be! What about if the UU is like W? Are you excited for W too? That would make me think political. And a little outdated. LOL

North Carolina.

The excited definitely makes sense, as does U2. But that extra "U" throws me. "UU" being "W" could be; I didn't think of that! It was on a sports car.

I have heard of some really off the wall things people have tried to get on personalized plates so this the only reason I would think this, but.....could they have not been referring to the letter U so much as the shape since there are 2?
Hey, my dad was a math teacher and he had a question about giving examples of the listed shapes. One was the cone and a kid answered Madonna's bra.
