Can anyone compare Disney Visa Packages?

I am considering adding time at the parks before our Aug 21 cruise. We have the Disney Visa so I will book one of the packages but I can not really see the difference. Is the 7 for 5 the better deal or the one that you can book less days. We are free to go for 7 days but less time is ok too. Most likely try for Movies as it is DD favorite, DH won't go and I'll be spoiled the next week anyway. I know someone out there can help me! Thanks!
