Can anyone answer this please?

I purchased two Orlando Flexi-Plus tickets from TCD (fool that I am).
They arrived yesterday as vouchers, to be redeemed at the parks.
Fair enough, - except that the first park we're going to is Busch Gardens, and the info says that the vouchers can only be exchanged at the Universal parks or Seaworld. This seems a bit stupid, since Busch Gardens is included in the Flexi-Plus plan! I telephoned TCD (never a good idea) and was told to 'go to one of the other parks instead to exchange them'. Ok, putting aside the inconvenience of all this, does anyone know whether we can get to either a Universal or Seaworld ticket-booth without having to pay the parking fee ...just to redeem these vouchers?

That's just plain ridiculous. I'd be tempted to contact Busch Gardens and explain the situation - I'm sure you'll be able to exchange the vouchers there. Have they definitely sent vouchers for the Plus option?

With regard to popping into the park to exchange the vouchers you will be able to go to the drop off point, just explain the situation when you get to the parking kiosk and they will let you through.

We did this too, at Seaworld-no probs-it was at the end of the day though. It's a pain I know but it didn't take us too long to do.

Yes Deb, It says both 'Flexi-Plus' and 'Busch Gardens' on the Voucher.
We'll probably go to Seaworld and redeem them there as kindly suggested.
I have emailed BG to see if they have any remarks on this matter. - It's lucky that I actually read the accompanying blurb, otherwise we could have ended up at BG and had them charging us for entry!

Just had this reply from Busch Gardens:

Dear Mr Fry,

Thank you for contacting Busch Gardens Tampa. If you have the Flex Ticket PLUS
then you should be able to redeem them at Busch Gardens. Once you arrive at the park, please proceed to our Guest Services building at the front gate. You can exchange your voucher at our windows.
