Has anyone bought or know about buying DVC when it is through a Trust. Our lawyer is advising to get an Florida Lawyer and.......................we go out on thursday. It all now seems really complicated. Hope someone can help.

I wonder whether it would be worth posting this question on the UK Community board as well, as people buying villas in Florida may have some experience of US lawyers.

What help do you need - you do not need a US lawyer to buy DVC. If you are purchasing it on behalf of a trust the simple thing is for you to purchase it in the normal manner but for the trust to be the beneficial owner.
