November not coming quick enough

Anyway just got confirmation on first week of wdw staying at SSR, going with mum and dad.
My mum has a disability and walking distance is difficult, she walks very slowly to begin with.
I'm been talking to her about hiring a electric wheelchair, but she thinks more about everyone else (she thinks she will run everyone over or at least their toes)

So the only other option which will be more difficult as I have a baby, and 9 year old, so my hands will be full pushing him in his buggy. She would prefer this, so anyway how much is it to hire
A standard wheelchair
Or a electric scooter within the Disney parks,
Just I can advise her
