Can anybody tell me about Labor Day Crowds?

The unnofficial guide has Labor day listed as a "4" attendance level. Could that be true? What about the rest of that 1st week of September?

It prob would be on that day and for that whole weekend. I went a couple of days b4 labor day and no lines no prob!

The Tom Joyner Family Reunion is held during that time.

If my son and I can't go during the 4th of July, we're going during Labor Day to enjoy the party.

I'm not sure how the Family Reunion impacts the parks.

We went last year over Labor Day. Our first day was the Sunday before Labor Day, it was fairly crowded, but not too bad. The rest of the week, includung Labor Day, the parks were empty. We were able to walk onto Splash Mountain! We even went to each park that had the EMH, with hardly any crowds.

We are planning our next trip for Labor Day week 2007!
