Can an intimate bride have a site visit?

We just booked a trip for the end of September to Disney, and I was wondering if anyone knew if Intimates are able to have a site visit. All I want is to take a look at the Sunset Pointe area, and perhaps the Sea Breeze Pointe area, and perhaps get some more info from Disney's Wedding Staff. Does anyone know if intimates can have site visits or are they for customs only?

We were in disney months before we got engaged, and made an appointment to meet with someone from FTW to get information and see the WP. We were taken to the Pavilion, and we were told as long as there wasn't any events going on at the time, we could go inside. She gave us the tour, we got to see the bride and groom vestibles, and check out Picture point outside. It was amazing to be there and see it.

I couldn't tell you about meeting with FTW staff since we didn't do a site visit, but you can certainly look at all of the locations you mentioned on your own. On our last 2 trips, we wandered out to both of the locations you mentioned. Same goes with the WP - we went there in Nov., no one was there but a few workers and we asked if it was okay to go inside. No problem. It's different if there are weddings going on of course

I don’t believe that Intimate brides get a “formal” site visit, but I think that as long as there isn’t a wedding taking place, someone from FTW will be happy to show you the Wedding Pavilion. As far as the other locations go, you could easily see them on your own since they are in public areas anyone can access. Enjoy choosing your location!

I got to meet with Lynn McKitrick who was my EM. We met her at Franks and went over all my questions. We didn't have an official site visit but my Mom and I went over to Sea Breeze Point on our own to visualize our wedding there.

I met with Donna (an SM) about a month before my 12 month mark. She showed us around the wedding pavillion, and answered a bunch of questions for us. She even wrote down questions she wasn't sure the answers to and got back to us with them. It was very nice, no food tasting or other perks of customs but it deffinatly made me sure that this was what I wanted. We also went and looked at Sunset Pointe on our own before the meeting, so I was sure where I wanted. Deffinatly if your already down there go for it. It was really nice having a SM's undivided attention for a little bit and getting all of my questions answered.
