Can an average size adult sleep in the ceiling pull down bed?

In the planning stages of our next cruise and we will have our 2 adult DDs with us this time. The sofa bed worked well for my one DD on our last cruise but I am wondering if the ceiling pull down bed would work for my younger DD. She is about 5'6" and weighs about 130 lbs. I could book the family stateroom but that would be more than $1000 extra. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Just off the Magic on Sunday and the weight limit on the top bed was 220 lbs. Hope that helps!

I'd think that she'd do fine in the bunk. It's the same size as a twin bed with a weight limit:

I'm 5'6 and at the time of our July 2013 cruise was 175-180ish and slept in it with no problem. Well, other than being super conscious to not move around too much as I'm used to a double bed on my own at home.
