this may seem awkward but ive been meaning to ask this question.
can an adult order from the kids menu lets say at restaurants such as anettes/rainforest?
its not about the money or anything like that but my boyfriend has an eating condition and he barely eats any food at all and doesnt like anything on the menus weve seen...but from the kids menu he can always go for chicken nuggets or something similar which he does eat
i know we could just go to other restaurants he likes but me and my sister + nephew on this trip wanted to try these aswell

I'm not sure, maybe he can contact Disney beforehand & explain the condition. Or get a Doctor to write a note explaining the medical reasons.

Normally they wouldn't accomodate it but if its medical/dietary problems they may make an exception.

i have the same problem im a very picky eater and rarely eat anything when we went to annettes i asked them for a kids menu instead the regular one and they gave me one no questions asked. however they were quite busy that day so im not sure if they will ask for a doctors permit or not if they were quiter

its not really a condition diagnosed by a doctor so wont be having any doctors note.
guess we'll just try our luck when we are there and we'll see what happens :)

How old is your nephew? Maybe he can order off the adults menu and swap meals with your bf?

If cost isn't an issue, maybe buy HB vouchers and then ask to order a kids meal? That way he has payed for an adult meal but gets something he can eat. I can't see them having a problem with that.

my nephew is only 3 years old, he does eat but not that much. will probably order for him from the adults menu anyway altough we know he wont eat it all.....theres always me and my sister (his mum) that can help ourselves lol :cool1:
we'll figure something out!!

I found that at Annettes the adult half board combination was way too much for average Joe......good in a way but you know what I mean, I couldn't finish mine and I love my food!

I hope you find a way!! xx

hey what about not ordering and giving him some of your meal...you do get heaps IMO...would that be allowed?

My sister (18 at the time) did several times when we went in 2007, she's picky and also prefers smaller portions.. We never had a problem :)
