Can AAA book the DP?

Just wondering..... if AAA is able to book us on the DP? Also- if they do, do they discount that as well?

Yes, they book a package just like you would book on disneyworld.com except they can apply the AAA discount. The room is discounted, not the ticket or dining plan.
