Asking for someone who is a new Vacation Club member.Can they purchase the dinning plan for their trip?

Yes. DVC members can purchase dining plans for their stays via DVC Member Services. They can choose from the Quick Service, Regular or Deluxe Dining Plans. The Premium and Platinum Package Plans are not available on DVC reservations.

Yes we can purchase the dining plan. You can do it online through your member account or call member services and have them add it.

Yes, you can. Many members prefer to get the Tables in Wonderland card, though. I think it's $100 and gives various discounts, usually 20%.

We've learned the hard way not to book DDP until we are certain our resort booking is final. If you have any waitlists going I would advise waiting to book the DDP, as you'll need to rebook every time you change a reservation. As an added bonus, each time the money will be refunded and you'll get to pay again, which really hurts if you're an international guest paying a fee on each transaction.
