Can a park reservation be transferred to someone else?

One of our friends and family group members was injured and will be having surgery. Because of this, they will be unable to join us on our WDW trip. Their ticket says it can be reassigned. If we were to have someone else go in the place of the injured family member, what about the park reservations? Is there a way to reassign the ticket and keep the park reservations?

No, there is not.

You will have to transfer the ticket, and then try to book the parks for the new person.
