Can a local friend join our Fastpass plus group at 60Days?

We have a reservation at BLT and have nine people. My brother who will be in Florida would like to join us for the last three days of the trip. Can we simply buy him a three day ticket and then link him and the ticket to our MDE account and then we could book him to the Fastpass Plus when ours pop us for 60 days? I thought we could do this but our 60 days isn't here yet and I don't want to buy him a ticket if he won't be able to be booked on fastpasses with us.

Yes, link him and his ticket to your MDE and book FPs for him when you book for your total group.
