Can A designer help me with an idea I have?

I am new to these boards, but heard about what you guys can do from the BeOurGuest Disney podcast. I will be taking my ENTIRE family (9 of us) to Walt Disney World for the first time this Holiday season. We will be spending Dec 22 till Jan 2, 2010 there. Everyone is excited about it.

Like I said, I am taking my entire family - my mother and father, my sister and her daughter, me my wife and our three kids, so this is going to be a big family reunion for us and I would like to make some shirts for all us.

My oldest son has Autism, and everyone is a big supporter of the various autism support organizations, so I was wondering if perhaps a design could be made that has the Autism puzzle with mouse ears on it, and maybe a Christmas tree sounded by Mickey, Donald, Goofy, Minnie, Daisy? and maybe at the bottom saying 2009 Family Reunion at Walt Disney World or something like that?
