I had a transfer of points into my membership, which I understood likely meant I couldn’t book myself at the 7-11 month mark for that resort (as it wasn’t one of my current homes for that membership). However, when I tried to book through Member Services, they couldn’t book either, but told me no problem, the room was on hold, and the reservation should be final in a couple of days.
Now about 2 months later, still no reservation, but I am told no problem as the room is still on hold and available for me.
Just wanted to check if anyone has navigated this issue before? Two months with no expected resolution date just seems like a long time for available points that should be able to book reservations.
