Thursday mornings it is! Should we put our weights out there so we can be more accountable?
Well with that said I am off to a steak restaurant for an "American Idol" type sing off.My friend from work is doing it and we are all going to cheer her on.

Linda -- I hope you had fun! Ackkk! on putting my weight in here. I've never done that. I'm too self-conscious about it. But I will be glad to report my weekly WW weigh-ins. I started completely fresh last Thursday so that I don't keep thinking about the pounds I've already lost, and more about where I am going.
I was sooo good this weekend even though we were away for 2 days and yesterday was a holiday. I journaled every bite I ate.
Saturday:
pre-race: light multigrain english muffin w/ scrape of peanut butter (2)
during race: 1/2 power bar (2)
post-race: piece of turkey sub (4); smalll banana (1)
lunch: light arnold roll w/LF chicken breast (2); lays light chips & pretzels (3); snack: goldfish pretzels (shared) (1)
dinner: balsamic chicken (6); 1/2 cheesecake dessert (6)
snacks: chips & pretzels (4); arnold sandwich thin w/chicken (2)
Activity -- 5 mile race plus 1 mile walk to and from car; walking on boardwalk
I ate too much but it was the day of my 5-mile race and I was voracious

S: small movie popcorn (5); pretzels (2)
lunch/dinner: broccoli (0); salad (0); FF coleslaw (0); grilled fish (3); lean burger (4); arnold roll (1);2 marshmallows dipped in chocolate (4)
S: bites of chips & pretzels (low fat) (2)

D: lean turkey burger on arnold roll (5); 4.5 oz london broil (6); spinach (0); green beans (0); olive oil (2)
