Campus Rep interview

I emailed them again to make sure they got my previous email. No out of office reply this time. So yea...waiting game is on.

Did anyone else hear anything?

Called today as a follow up to see if my rehire paperwork arrived safely in WDW.. not yet. Doesn't even matter, because the faxed copy and my recruiters statement havent even been brought to the rehire committee yet. UGH. I don't get it. 4-6 WEEKS?! This honestly seems like it really should take more than a day.. but that's just me. I feel like they're just sitting on it.

I got a response back. Apparently....the wrong recruiter interviewed me. I am apparently out of that recruiter's area, but I got interviewed by them by accident.
So now I have to wait for someone to contact me . I hope I don't have to interview again, lol.

So I'm moving out of my dorm this morning and a guy calls to re-interview me since the wrong recruiter interviewed me previously.

I GOT CAMPUS REP!!!

I probably should give them a call Monday.. tbu they did tell me it would take 4-6 weeks to hear from rehire, and that was a little over a week ago

I called up Disney the other day.. STILL waiting to hear from rehire. UGH. Why does it take so long to read over an app, make a phone call, and make a decision?

And I guess the rep I had be the 'witness' for filling out my I-9 put my info in the wrong places, so while I'm on my vacation next week, I need to pop into casting and have that fixed.

Seriously.. they have my I-9, W-4, and all that crazy paperwork signing my life over to Disney, but can't process it until rehire says yes... UGH!

That is a bum deal. I had to go through all the re-hire paperwork and what not, but not like what you have done. During my interview the recruiter said I was hired pending my re-hire status with the company. I filled out my application and then interviewed, and after that he sent all the new paperwork and what not to me.

Hope everything works out. Being a campus rep is a great job. It's a great way to stay with the company and hold over your anxiety until you can move back to Florida and work at WDW (at least that's how it feels for me )

I was accepted right before my third CP (it was a summer program, so my first rep season started when I got back).

well I guess what I really want to know is if I'd still have a chance even though it's been 5 months. Or do they usually take people who are applying while on their CP?

My program was Fall Adv. 07 - and therefore ended the first week of January 08. I applied this fall that just passed to be a rep for this recruiting season that starts today.. and I've got the position pending my rehire status. I've been playing the waiting game FOREVER! At least it feels that way..

That should be fine. I know people who became reps after they did their CP (one of my fellow reps, in fact).

I did the spring program and apllied toward the end of the fall semester. And I have yet to hear from my recruiter.

I have yet to hear from mine as well, but I assume that's because the team has yet to hear from rehire. I'm sure poor Jen is ready to rip her hair out after hearing from me all the time
