Camping!

Camping at Disney is luxurious. Everything is clean, it has more ammenities than most campgrounds, they offer not only internet, but cable tv as well. Free transporation, bike, boat and golf cart rentals. Outdoor movie, two pools (one with a slide). The sites are paved, wide and well maintained and include a nice picnic table and clean bbq grill with a lid. And, when it rains alot theirs mosquitos, but other than that we have never had a critter problem.

I am personally having a hard time finding a campground around me that offers as many ammenities etc.

Next stop...Holiday Cove in Bradenton in 4 days. Free internet & cable, small pool and a bike ride to great food and a beauitful beach. ;)

There has been so much rain at the Fort lately, that the otters have started amphibious field training exercises to procure all the beer rations from the unsuspecting campers.
The mosquitos are bred in small holding tanks by the otters and then released upon the the Fort as part of a ploy to keep the campers busy while your beer vanishes.

We were to Anna Maria Island first week of May. Checked out Holiday Cove. It's beautiful. VERY NICE. All the sites have pavers, and nice landscaping. Sites with the canal out the back are great! Just a short ride across the Cortez Bridge to the beautiful beaches. We saw them working on this resort last year..and it was hard to imagine then it would turn out as nice as it did. It's a wonderful location..have fun!
