Camp Rock 2 sleepover/party!! HELP!!

Camp Rock 2 is finally coming and I want to do a big sleepover with my DD's friends. It will be around 10 girls. What are some cool but cheap ways to set this up????


I know you guiys come up with a ton of great ideals! Help me, please.....


I figured I feed them dinner, something fun and then breakfast the next day.

Try googling this on the web. When HSM 2 came out, we did they same thing. My DD was about 7 or 8 at the time.

We did a scavenger hunt with HSM trivia, and 2 other games, that I can't remember now. I served choice of plain, cheese or butter popcorn (bags from grocery store) and candy.

Lots of HSM or Camp Rock trinkets at Target or Dollar Store. I know I googled this, and it seems like lots of people had this idea and there were tons of ideas out there.

You can buy mens large tee shirts (walmart or a craft store usually have them cheap). Have the girls decorate them with fabric markers, pens, fabric paint & stamps etc. My dd's friends all loved signing each other's shirts & then wearing them as night shirts. If you do fabric markers (no paint) they can wear them that night! You can even do iron on logo's of Camp Rock 2 if you want to go crazy.

My dd is planning on watching the movie outside in an actual "camp out" with her friends. We are doing a bbq, then smores around our outdoor fire pit. My dh is putting the tv on the back deck & the kids are going to watch the movie outside under the stars & then have a camp out in a tent in the backyard.

I thought about camping out, we have a tent that's never been opened. DH would love it if I asked him to set it up for that.

I love the Tee Shirt ideal, they'd love that.

Hmmmm, what else could I do.

What about invites, do I send actual paper invites or just emails??

Sept. 3 is my dd's birthday so we decided to do a Camp Rock party as well. I bought CR party supplies online from Oriental Trading and Celebrate Express. Everything is on clearance. I am doing a VIP/Movie theme, so I ordered ticket invites and VIP passes from eventwrappers on ebay. They are adorable! I am setting the rec room up like a movie theater with a red carpet, concession stand, etc. I even found cardboard snack trays at iParty to hold their drinks and bag of popcorn. I think I'm more excited for this party than my dd!! Have fun!!
