Thora: "Brother!" She ran over to them and held him in her arms. "Goodness!" She moved his hair to see a large bruise across his forehead. "Oh my."

She had been French-braiding her hair down the side of her face to cover a large bruise on her jaw near her ear. She pulled back her hair to show her bruise which looked almost exactly like Gordon's.
