Camp Dolphin and bluezoo?

I posted this on the restaurant board, but I'm thinking this might be a better board for info on this???

I am correct that two hours plus dinner is free at Camp Dolphin with receipt of dinner at bluezoo? Would this cover two kids?

Do I book these together or separately?
Are these booked thru WDW DINE or another number? Anyone know how many days out? Does bluezoo take DDE?

Any opinions on either bluezoo or Camp Dolphin?
I do have a child with a severe peanut allergy and I emailed Camp Dolphin and they emailed back that PB&J is not on the kid menu at Camp Dolphin. Do they eat dessert there, too? Did everyone feel comfortable leaving their kids there? We've only done Never Land Club.

I left my boys there last month. We ate at Shula's. Everything went great. My boys loved it. We did tip them $10 at the end. I don't think they are on the dining plan. They are not Disney. I booked dinner first then they transfered me to Camp Dolphin.
