I'm looking for a new camera. We have a dslr, but it's so bulky to carry around. I know I have the option to use my iPhone, but I'm looking for something that will take better quality pictures, yet still fit easily into a cross body bag. Any ideas on what would be good to get?

I'd check out the Canon Elph. They're tiny yet still take great pictures.

I bought the Nikon One and love it. It actually fits into my pocket and takes great pictures. We take it everywhere. Just a tip: Bring a Ziploc bag to put it in when you go on the rides where you may get wet.

There are a lot of options for smaller camera's now. I know when I researched before I bought there were at least 5 other similar sized options.
