Camelot Inn & Suites

Can you tell me what hotel is near the Camelot Inn & Suites on South Harbor Blvd.? The address is 1520 s. Harbor Blvd, if that helps.

I have heard it was a different name until recently but I am not sure of the previous name.

A friend of mine is staying there but I am not sure how close it is to the Disney Plaza entrance regarding walking distance.

Any insight would be helpful. Thanks

We just got back from Disneyland and we stayed at the Carousel Inn, which is right next door to Camelot. It was very easy to walk back to the room every day , and also there is a mc donalds right on the other side of camelot. I'm sure your friend will like it there, mine stayed there last year and said it was very nice

The previous name was the Park Inn International. Its a great property, nice and close. The rooftop pool is a wonderful place to watch the fireworks. Its a very short walk to the parks and has a McDonald's right next door which is helpful. The walk to the main gates is roughly five minutes along a busy street. I think your friend will enjoy their stay there. They have a couple of little shops that sell convenience items, Disney merchandise, etc. They serve a basic, free continental breakfast each morning. Hope that helps a bit!

The next driveway after the McD's is the Anaheim Fairfield by Marriot. I stayed there last week. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms clean and comfy ... the pool was nice and clean, but a bit small. It was cool and not crowded, so it didn't matter. (We swam once.) It may get more crowded during warmer weather ... I'd recommend it.

Beyond the Fairfield is Mimi's restaurant (which we liked) and then the HoJo's that people around here have been raving about.
