Came home to new sofabed in BCV

Last night we returned to our 2 bdrm villa and my girls noticed their sofabed was folded up. They definitely left it open. Then my daughter remembered she had left a suitcase opened in the doorway into the 2nd bedroom dressing area. The suitcase was now under the sink. Nothing else was moved but it was obvious that someone had been in our room. We called down to the front desk (we were a little un-nerved at this point). The front desk had no info (nor did they seem to care). I decided to open the sofa bed and realized it was brand new not the sinking one that was there the night before. Mystery solved and the new bed was reportedly "quite comfy!"

Great news! Lets hope the guys that replaced the matress did not try on any of your underwear.

I personally would have liked something left behind letting me know " maintenance " was here type of thing. Especially if it wasn't a TnT day or full cleaning day.

But it's nice that it was for a new sofa !!

Was just the mattresss replced or was it truly a new sofabed? If so, was it of the same design? Thanks.

The same thing happened to us last August at BWV. Kind of freaked us out until we figured what had happened. I would have liked some sort of note letting us know that they had been in the room....

Ewww! It was a creepy feeling to know someone was in there. I would have appreciated notification.

It is a whole new sofa bed. The back of the sofa sort of slips under the bed. Instead of metal under the mattress there is webbing.

Whoopee! Great news!!!!! I was hoping for a design change.

How about the fabric and color of the new sofas? I'm assuming it was similar to the old ones or you would have known without opening the bed up?

Pretty sure the fabric was the same.

Excellent - the existing legacy design was just a horrible thing to sit or sleep on - glad to hear they are rolling out the old and bringing in the new

Maybe next time they will do your laundry for you after wearing it
