Calypso Cay - Country Inn

Does anyone know why this hotel cannot be located on any searches. We have stayed there several times and on trying to book there, no matter what date I put in, no availability. strange!

They have changed ownership and are no longer considered a Country Inn and suites. We are booked to stay here in February and received an email from them. They will still honour our Carlson points so that's good.

Parkerpooh - I called yesterday to inquire abut rates and they said they could not book beyond Feb. They are refurbishing, but the room that we had last year was a new refurb. We really like the area and are going in April. I will be interested to see how things are, perhaps you could post upon your return.

Sure, no problem! We don't get back until Feb.18th.

Parker would you mind checking to see what floors don't allow pets. We were on the 4th floor last year, I think 410 and it was a room that had been refurbished, new paint, flat screen, bedding. We are still thinking here, because of the location and the pool area. Have a great trip!

Parker I hope you had a wonderful vacation at the Inn at Calypso Cay. We are booked there in April, have requested the 4th floor as that is the one we stayed on last year and it had been renovated. We do have a back-up, but waiting for your reports. Any reports we have been reading have been quite negative, but that was the case last year as well, but we were satisfied.

Do you know what the name of the hotel is now? We are looking for a hotel in August & I did have this one booked at one time for a previous trip, but lost the great rate due to a change.
