Very reputable, I have been to their San Francisco and Santa Ana(Orange County CA) stores and they have always been very helpful and never used any kinds of high pressure sales pitches.


But i have never purchased from their online store, IMO their prices are average at best.

Agreed - very reputable. Have rented from their Cambridge store. Never really bought anything as their prices aren't very competitive compared to B&H.
