Hi

Does anyone know of a website where you can enter the ingredients of a recipe and it will break down the calorie/fat/cholestral count?

WW online with give you a point count but I am looking for the complete nutritional makeup.

Thanks!!

Have a magical Disney Day!! :earsboy:

fitday.com can if you insert each ingredient as a food item. i supose. It does complete listing of vitamins minerals and calories/fat and carbs.

I like to use fitday.com too. It is a bit labor intensive until you know your way around. I usually list generally foods and sometimes ingredients if I have something unusual. I can get a pretty good idea of my daily intake from this. If you are looking for an exact science, let me know if you find it. I don't think I have seen anything more exact like that online yet.

I don't know of a website that would be easy for this, but you can buy a program called "Mastercook" where you input your recipes and it gives you the nutritional breakdown.

I don't use it but on another board I visit (a cooking board) people there use it all the time.

here's another one to try

not sure what all it gives you, i just usually look for what i need to figure my pts

and i've never been to mastercook so I can't compare -- i'll have to visit there too thanks
