calling them!!!!!

Hello we are going in June and I've read that some have already got moved to Deluxe for June...i would love to call but I can't see waiting 1hour + to talk, my phone bill would be very high. Do you think I'll get an upgrade if I just wait for them to call? I've got my fingers crossed for the Poly!!!

If you already have reservations at Port Orleans - French Quarter, don't panic! Based on past experience with Disney's resort closings and guest relocations, it seems to work best to wait for the special relocation team to call you. (Depending on when you're scheduled to arrive, you may not hear from them for a few weeks -- they have a lot of people to relocate, and they'll take them in date order.) At that time they will offer you various options, including a move to another Moderate resort at the same price, or a deeply discounted "upsell" to a Deluxe resort (in the past, people have paid only $10-$15 more a night for a Deluxe hotel).

I agree.... it's best to wait. JMO but I don't think CM are going to be all that willing to make an effort to get you the best possible deal if you call them. Patience is best!!
