I went in today because I am having a crick in my neck, but really at the bottom of my head. He did a heating pad and tied to "pop" the first few vertebraes. He said my neck is extremely tense. No clue why

Anyway, my blood pressure was 132/62. Isn't that a little low for the bottom number?

no, not necessarily. Really depends on what you normally "run".
I.e. my normal blood pressure is 90/50. Most people would pass out at that level, but it is normal for me. Do you know what you have been before?

The bottom number used to run in the 60's and 70's, but that was like 13 years ago when I was pregnant. That was the only time I remember it.

I believe the "textbook" normal is 120/70. I take BP's in my job and that yours is not one that would concern me.

I tell people you can tell if your blood pressure is too low....you'll pass out Anything else is normal and good below 140/90. Norm is 120/80. Hope that helps!
