Yes, I know them well ... and we were only there for a week!
We were in the Dalmations section, so the nearest laundry was in the changing-room block for the Mighty Ducks area pool. There are washers, driers and a machine selling soap powder, bleach and softener, and you could also buy packs of powder in the main store. It was a few years ago when I used them, but I think a wash and a dry cost $1.50 each. The wash takes about half an hour and one cycle of the drier was also about half an hour (I usually take two).
Thanks so much Hilary.
Stupid question, are there idiot proof instructions on a wall anywhere? I am going to be washing to keep our luggage light (so I can shop!) but I'm not the best. I can work my washing machine and that's about it. Should be ok with the dryer though!
Sara.
Well I managed to work it out, so it can't be too technical!
There are instructions inside the lid of the washer (they are top loaders), so you do have to read and then remember what you're supposed to do after you've closed the lid LOL! Basically, you put the powder in first, then the clothes, then close the lid, set the temperature and wash cycle (maybe only one dial, not sure now). Put the coins (you'll need to save up your quarters) in the drawer-thing (it'll be obvious, but it's hard to describe!), push the drawer firmly in, and start the wash.
Then sit back and relax with a magazine and a glass of chilled something-or-other, telling the rest of the family you're working hard "doing the laundry"
